Procedures to be taken from the company
• The specialized team will review the complaint and all the account data in order to verify your complaint and determine the reasons leading to the problem after completing the data analysis.
• If it is necessary to visit the meter, we will contact the applicant and schedule the visit in order to examine the efficiency and accuracy of the meter reading and compare it to previous consumption.
• The application will be closed within 10 working days of the company receiving the complaint and responding to the applicant. The company is allowed to respond within 30 working days if further investigation or verification is needed.
• Service will be suspended only for the disputed amounts until the complaint is resolved. During the period of consideration of the complaint, the customer must pay all undisputed monthly bills.
